Hot Melt Adhesive Feeders

 

Hot melt adhesive feeders automatically transfers hot melt adhesive from a bulk container to the adhesive supply unit increasing productivity and reducing equipment down time by keeping the adhesive supply unit full.
	Hot Melt Glue Feeder HF 2 Automatic "On-Demand" filling of the hot melt unit removes an operator from the hot melt supply unit area Nozzle plugging and system contamination is virtually eliminated Less thermal shock to the hot melt system		Hot Melt Glue Feeder HF3 Completely removes an operator from the hot melt supply unit area, thus preventing burns, adhesive spills and equipment contamination caused by overfilling of the adhesive hopper. Nozzle plugging and adhesive supply system contamination is virtually eliminated as the fully enclosed adhesive supply system keeps contaminants out. Less thermal shock to the hot melt system that results in balanced adhesive flow and ultimate adhesive savings.
